Lynch & Stern LLP is a litigation firm located in the heart of downtown Chicago.  The firm was formed by Dan Lynch and Avidan Stern, two litigation partners who had practiced for many years at a large, nationally-known law firm headquartered in Chicago, gaining experience in complex commercial litigation.  In 2010, they were joined by Steve Gomberg, who was a litigation partner at another well-known Chicago firm.  He brings to the firm a deep background in commercial litigation, with a particular focus on representing broker-dealers.
